Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for network-related issues escalated from the help desk or L1 support.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Configure and manage Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network devices.
Perform network upgrades, patching, and maintenance during scheduled maintenance windows.
Assist in the implementation of network infrastructure projects (routing, switching, wireless, security).
Manage IP address allocation and DNS/DHCP configuration.
Conduct network performance monitoring and optimization.
Maintain network documentation, including diagrams and inventory.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve outages and connectivity issues.
Support network security protocols and assist with audits and compliance checks
