Job Description

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter . Work on data integration, transformation, and loading between systems and ensure data quality and consistency. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, system integration testing , and support user acceptance testing. Optimize ETL workflows and ensure high performance and reliability of data processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ETL design and implementation. Monitor daily jobs and resolve issues in production support as needed. Integrate data from various sources including RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server), flat files, cloud sources , etc. Use of version control systems and CI/CD tools is a plus (e.g., Git, Jenkins). Required Skills: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter . Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling . Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries , stored procedures, and performance tuning. Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server , or other major databases. Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting for job automation and integration. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Control-M , Autosys , or Tivoli . Good understanding of data governance , data quality , and metadata management .
