Network Development Manager - Anywhere in India

You will be working as a Network Development Manager (NDM) in the Marketing and Sales department of the Fuel Retail business unit. Your role will involve evaluating and analyzing markets to identify business opportunities for setting up new sites, monitoring competitor expansion, and assessing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for channel partner management, developing business options for growth, and tracking the progress of new site releases. Additionally, you will monitor network health through competitor benchmarking, identify performance improvement opportunities, recommend business cases for decision-making, and optimize operations by improving facilities at existing retail networks. You will also be involved in securing land parcels for setting up sites, stakeholder management, and handling site acquisition and related legal cases. Your responsibilities will include facilitating channel partner selection, evaluating the suitability of potential franchisees, and generating leads in accordance with the Market Area Plan while ensuring brand identity compliance. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.E/B.Tech degree with an MBA in Marketing preferred. A background in statistics would be an added advantage. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business/network development with exposure to network planning and implementation. Experience in retail, marketing, channel sales in FMCG, consumer durables, or the automobile industry is desirable.
