The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities. We are seeking an experienced (Identity Management) IDM specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a second-tier support role. You Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity management systems and 1+ years of hands-on experience using NetIQ IDM suite Basic understanding and hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, iManager, User App, Workflows, Policies, Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.) Experience with Identity life cycle, groups, and role management Working knowledge of Active Directory, eDirectory (LDAP) and O365 tools Understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS Experience with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting, SQL. It would be nice if you also had: ITIL foundation certificate Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.) Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure Solve incidents and service requests Solve technical problems with the IDM services Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service Interface with tier 1 (via ServiceNow), IDM T3, and Service Delivery Management.

Job Description Key Responsibilities Platform Management NetIQ Suite Administration: Implement best practices for installing, configuring, patching and upgrading NetIQ Identity Manager, Access Manager, Identity Governance & Privileged Access Manager. Onboarding & Integration: Integrate new business applications and IT systems into the NetIQ IAM/PAM solutions. Operational Support: Provide 2nd/3rd-line support, troubleshooting and incident resolution for NetIQ components and interfaces. Change & Patch Management: Coordinate with service providers to apply NetIQ updates, test for side-effects, and roll out patches/upgrades. Feature Design: Contribute to conception & design of new NetIQ features or custom integrations as requested by the business. Projects & Audits: Participate in IAM/PAM projects and audit readiness activities focused on NetIQ deployments. Platform Enrichment Custom Workflows & Scripting: Develop and maintain business workflows, approvals and provisioning processes in NetIQ, using PowerShell, Python, VBScript or Bash. Access Governance: Streamline user provisioning and recertification campaigns within NetIQ Identity Governance. Application Onboarding: Configure connectors and tune integration parameters for each new application in NetIQ Identity Manager. Reporting & Quality Automation & Reporting: Build and automate reports (via NetIQ Reporting Engine or custom scripts) for provisioning metrics, entitlement reviews, and privileged session audits. Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits on NetIQ components, access controls and privileged access policies. Knowledge Sharing: Coach colleagues on NetIQ features and encourage collaboration across the IAM/PAM team. Requirements Hard Skills Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. NetIQ Expertise: Hands-on experience ( 2 years) administering NetIQ Identity Manager, Access Manager, Identity Governance and Privileged Access Manager. Scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, VBScript or Bash. Strong directory services knowledge (LDAP, Active Directory). Web protocols & technologies: SOAP, REST, Java, OIDC/OAuth2. Experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server (2016+). Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT security or IAM/PAM roles. Excellent English; Dutch/French is a plus. Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and enhance the operations of the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to platform stability process improvement and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Platform Monitoring & Maintenance Oversee the health and performance of the Saviynt Platform including Saviynt Connect Portal and Connectors. Monitor JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes aggregation tasks and access requests. Hands on with SOD workflows tasks rules forms custom object access reviews and updates of JML configurations access requests and certification workflows. Guide the team to implement best practices for Access Management & RBAC. Play a key role in identifying areas for implementing Automations. Enhancements & Troubleshooting Implement minor enhancements and workflow changes as needed. Coordinate with the Saviynt product team for resolution of critical issues. Documentation & Compliance Maintain up-to-date SOPs runbooks and procedural documentation. Ensure timely patching of the Saviynt platform and its components. Support DR (Disaster Recovery) testing. Periodically tune performance parameters to ensure optimal system efficiency. Operational Oversight Share service health status report to customer on daily basis validate logs and verify backups. Provide Weekly/monthly reports on incidents changes service requests and problem tickets. Attend Weekly/monthly review calls tracking actions and work towards closure. Process & Stakeholder Engagement Identify process gaps and propose remediation aligned with product and security standards. Present changes in CAB meetings participate in major incident bridges and engage with customers for requirement gathering and escalation handling. Additional Skills Strong understanding of ITIL processes. Working knowledge of NetIQ IDM is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and presentations.
