Job Description

Role & responsibilities As the company's interpreter and general affairs representative, you will mainly be responsible for English Japanese interpretation and translation tasks, secretarial and general affairs duties, and various audit (accounting and internal control tasks). Job Responsibilities Coordination with Local HR staff for mainly managing Japanese expatriates, like housing, transportation, business travel, etc. Interpretation duties accompanying Japanese expatriates Coordination with Local HR staff for mainly managing Japanese expatriates, like housing, transportation, business travel, etc. Interpretation for Japanese expatriates and business travelers, as well as an audit in case of emergencies Translation of documents, emails, and materials English/Japanese interpretation at various meetings, creation of minutes and memos Depending on the situation, you may be required to travel to other locations (such as Chennai, Gujarat) to handle interpretation duties. Necessary Skill / Experience Experience in interpretation/translation and general affairs/secretarial work 6 years of work experience (Flexible) Experience working in India (preferred), that too in the manufacturing industry Experience in IT implementation and digital transformation (DX) Candidates' Japanese speaking skills must be high, N3 High or N2 * Candidate should have their own car .
