Job Title : Strategic Marketing Executive / Manager B2B Location : Gurgaon, India Department : Marketing & Strategy Experience : 2-4 years Employment Type : Full-Time Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate ( Marketing) Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented (Associate) Strategic Marketing Executive / Manager to lead B2B demand generation with a strong focus on performance marketing, email marketing, content strategy , and digital growth . You will play a critical role in designing and executing high-impact marketing programs to enhance brand visibility, drive pipeline generation, and enable partner marketing efforts across our core SaaS offerings. This is a cross-functional and strategic role, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy and hands-on execution in the B2B SaaS space. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Campaign Development Develop and launch market campaigns per quarter across CRM, CX, CLM, Collaboration, and Project Management platforms. Craft compelling messaging aligned with customer pain points and business objectives. 2. Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, PPC, LinkedIn) to deliver 100+ MQLs per quarter . Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel. 3. Performance Marketing & Paid Media Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic media with a focus on ROI. Drive 50%+ uplift in CTRs and engagement via targeted social campaigns. 4. Partner & Influencer Marketing Build and manage strategic partner campaigns per quarter; nurture partner leads/month . Collaborate with micro-influencers or analysts for thought leadership content. 5. Content & Website Management Maintain and update website content weekly, improving lead capture by 20% QoQ . Lead the content calendar , delivering high-quality blogs, case studies, and whitepapers monthly . 6. PR & Outreach Drive media coverage with placements per quarter; grow journalist database to contacts. Support strategic communication initiatives including executive messaging and analyst relations. 7. Social Media & Brand Visibility Grow the LinkedIn community by 30% YoY and manage ongoing brand engagement efforts. Key Skills & Competencies B2B SaaS Marketing Strategy Performance Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Email Marketing & Automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) PR & Media Relations Partner & Influencer Marketing SEO, Website & Conversion Optimization Social Media Strategy (LinkedIn emphasis) Content Development & Campaign Management CRM & CLM Ecosystem Familiarity Event Marketing & Thought Leadership Strong Analytical & Project Management Skills What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology domains. Proven track record of executing integrated digital campaigns with measurable impact. Strong storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage Adobe Campaign Classic solutions, ensuring effective data flow and campaign execution. Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing strategists, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions. Design campaign workflows and manage integrations across Adobe Marketing Cloud products (AEM, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager). Develop complex SQL queries and ETL processes using Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, etc.) with a deep understanding of marketing automation. Work in Agile/Scrum teams, handling technical configurations, server settings, and application integrations (REST, SOAP, XML). Ensure performance, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (Developer preferred). Mandatory : Adobe Cmpaign Classic, Implementation, API, Web App and Integration. Strong hands-on skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and workflow configuration. Familiarity with server environments (Linux/Windows), Apache Tomcat, and Agile methodologies. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good to Have: Exposure to other marketing automation platforms. Experience in campaign data schema design and web app customization.
