Join EY and be a part of building a better working world. We are currently seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our team in the role of MuleSoft Integration Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations to ensure optimal performance and availability. You will collaborate with development teams to enhance API management capabilities and play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations - Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design and deployment - Monitor MuleSoft environments for high availability, performance, and security - Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments - Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions - Work closely with business stakeholders to provide effective integration solutions - Create and maintain documentation for support processes and system configurations - Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry best practices - Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed Skills and attributes for success: - 4-7 years of experience in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and integration patterns - Proficiency in API design, RESTful services, and troubleshooting MuleSoft applications - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred qualifications: - MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification - Experience with monitoring tools for performance analysis - Understanding of security best practices for API management Join our team at EY and be a part of a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team with opportunities to work globally across various industries.
