Role & Responsibilities
Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer forone of the large financial services GCC based in Hyderabad. This role is part of the Commercialdivision within the Client Servicing & Engagement platform, aimed at developing products thatenable client business growth, impacting millions of customers. It represents a significantopportunity amidst transformative changes. We are looking for an expert with profound knowledge in the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions. The role is crucial to integrating systems with excellent engineering standards that meet business needs and enhance client relationship management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to provide mentorship and support, fostering a team of highly skilled engineers.Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and deployingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 solutions; integrate external data sources; provide team mentorship in AIand automation.

  • Design and Development: Drive the design, build, configuration, and deployment of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 components and solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Integration: Build integration to external data sources or systems (on-prem or cloud) to

improve CRM capabilities

  • Technical Guidance: Mentor and guide the wider team with technical guidance, promoting

a collaborative and innovative environment, particularly in the areas of Copilot and AI-based automation roadmaps
Key Requirements:

  • CRM Expertise: Proven expertise in the development of MS Dynamics 365 (specifically on

D365 for Sales), with experience in:

  • Integrating Microsoft D365 CRM with external data sources, both on-premise and other

clouds (AWS and GCP).

  • Workflows, Business Rules, Actions, Security Rules.
  • Customization, Views, Forms in CRM.
  • Expertise in enterprise distribution of the Microsoft Dynamics Apps such as D365 App for

Outlook and Sales Copilot. Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities ofDynamics 365.

  • Power Platform: Proficiency in the Power Platform, including Model driven apps, Canvas

Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps or equivalent experience.

  • Cloud: Good knowledge on cloud technologies (Azure, GCP etc.) to support CRM

capabilities.

  • Communication: Superb communication skills, with the ability to convey complex

technical concepts to a range of business colleagues.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering

business outcomes.

  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform,

Azure) or industry-leading seminars or conferences are highly desirable.Key skills include CRM customization, Power Platform proficiency, cloud technology expertise, andstrong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business outcomesthrough innovation and collaboration.Qualification

  • Engineering Grad / Postgraduate
