Creating a framework for ensuring GST compliance on due dates for all branches & closely monitoring the same Ensuring complete GST compliances for all transactions Ensuring optimal ITC credit utilization & following up with the stakeholders for ITC not reflecting in GSTR2B & vice versa Experience in handling GST Assessments and Notices received from GST Department Ensuring Secretarial compliances Ensure compliances with Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act etc for all branches Manage and follow up with any notices received from Income Tax Department Follow up on Insurance claims Follow up on Customs cases & refund applications Ensuring complete utilisation of Export & MSME benefits Strategizing & follow up for Recovery cases Co-Ordination with stakeholders for any other legal cases Conduct periodical training to the Accounts team across India for new developments and changes happening under Taxation Qualification- CA only with experience in taxation & GST Location- Tnagar , Chennai (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
