Culturing Microorganisms: Grow and maintain cultures of microorganisms for various research and diagnostic purposes. Identification: Identify and classify microorganisms, often using techniques like DNA sequencing, microscopy, and biochemical assays. Disease Detection: Study and diagnose infectious diseases caused by microorganisms, which may involve clinical and diagnostic microbiology. Environmental Analysis: Evaluate the role of microorganisms in environmental processes, such as bioremediation, soil health, and water quality. Food and Beverage: Assess and ensure the safety and quality of food and beverages by monitoring for microbial contamination and spoilage. Pharmaceuticals: Work on the development and production of pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics, vaccines, and biologics. Biotechnology: Contribute to biotechnological processes, such as genetic engineering, fermentation, and the production of biofuels. Laboratory Testing: Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including microbial culture, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and molecular techniques. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control in industries like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and food production. Qualification : B Sc/M.Sc/M.Tech Experience require in NABL and BIS Audit ,FSSAI Documentation Validation,Preparation of SOP Familiar about protocol of Microbiology

Roles and Responsibilities Develop cell culture processes for biopharmaceutical production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Design, execute, and optimize fermentation processes to produce high-quality products. Conduct downstream processing operations such as filtration, centrifugation, and sterilization to purify biological molecules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement improvements. Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines during all aspects of biotechnology operations. Desired Candidate Profile Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology or related field (6-11 years' experience). Strong expertise in bioreactor technology, cell culture techniques, downstream processing methods (filtration, centrifugation), enzyme kinetics & immunochemistry. Experience working on upstream processing technologies including chromatography systems (HPLC/UPLC) an added advantage.

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and qualified professionals to join our RD Breeding Support team, focusing on field crops. The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting ongoing breeding programs through molecular biology and plant tissue culture techniques. Key Responsibilities: Planning and executing RD Lab experiments related to field crop breeding. Molecular Marker works - DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, RT PCR, etc. Related molecular techniques. Molecular Breeding MAB, QTL mapping sequence analysis etc. Plant tissue culture- Double haploid, Protoplast preparation, Micropropagation experiments SOP development and regular production. Maintain accurate records of experimental data and assist in data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with breeding teams and contribute to ongoing research projects. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the lab and field. Experience: Preferred Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on work in Molecular Biology and/or Plant Tissue Culture. Strong understanding of breeding principles, Plant Tissue culture and molecular genetics is an added advantage. Good documentation and communication skills. Preferred Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to engage in both laboratory and fieldwork as required.
