MIS Executive

Role Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain various MIS reports for internal stakeholders. Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with different departments to gather data and requirements. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports. Implement and maintain data management systems. Support the development of new report formats and templates. Train team members on report generation and data interpretation. Conduct ad-hoc analysis as per business needs. Develop dashboards for visual representation of data. Prepare presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. Identify trends and patterns in data sets to inform strategy. Assist in enhancing current processes for data collection and reporting. Stay updated with best practices in MIS reporting. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with business intelligence tools is an advantage. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in preparing reports and presentations. Knowledge of industry best practices related to data management. Understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators.
