Job Description - MIS Executive Job Title - MIS Executive Department - CRM Location - Sion Job Specifications: 1) Any Graduate with 3-4 years of overall experience, Real Estate Experience will be preferable. 2) Must have experience of Maintaining Excel data and MIS's. 3) Age: between 25 to 35 yrs. 4) Staying in Central Suburbs OR should have travel time or less than an hour for reaching to Sion. Job Responsibilities 1) Prepare monthly MIS for tracking process of sales & CRM, departments project wise. 2) Keep track of bookings, agreement, registrations, payments received etc.. 3) To check relevant documents needed from customer before registration as per check list. 4) To ensure proper follow up for pending documents. 5) To ensure documents are forwarded to respective departments for further NOC's before agreement registration. 6) Handling of job responsibilities given from time to time and doing multi tasking. Core Competencies: Functional: 1) Proficient in MS word & MS Excel. 2) Efficient in MIS 3) Experience of IN4Velocity ERP would be an added qualification.
