Job Description

Job Title:

MIS Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements
Analyze large datasets to provide meaningful insights to management
Handle and manage a team responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks
Create dashboards and automate reports using advanced Excel tools and techniques
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
Coordinate with internal departments to gather reporting requirements
Troubleshoot data issues and implement data quality checks
Maintain documentation of reporting processes and SOPs

Key Skills Required:

Advanced Excel skills
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in preparing and handling MIS reports
Prior experience in
team handling and supervision
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Statistics preferred but not mandatory)
Relevant experience in MIS and team management
