Role & responsibilities We are looking to hire MIS analyst who is great at problem-solving and have a talent for being technically savvy. The candidate should be able to take on large data sets with minimal problems and should be skilled in information systems must know how to organize, store, and analyze data. The candidate must be knowledgeable regarding business process improvement as this is crucial to this role. The candidate must also have strong communication skills since he/she will work closely with company's stakeholders. Design, development, and management of MIS infrastructure Analyzing and processing large scale information Provide necessary support to the Sales Team and do regular follow-ups and maintain records. Ensure CRM Tool Compliance by all Members. This will include reviewing data, creating reports and documentation. Monitor progress of various departments. This will include identifying shortcomings and propose improvements. Provide feedback, documentation, and information to Department Heads. Generating business knowledge reports Managing technical aspects of data evaluation Defining MIS requirements and needs Evaluating and Improve Information Processes as needed Preferred candidate profile Well-organized and responsible. Data analytics and Data modelling CRM Management Strong logical ability Knowledge of information systems Business process improvement Advanced Excel and database management Experience with data analysis and business automation tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Graduate in any stream. MBA preferred.
