We are looking for a detail oriented MIS Executive to work directly with our CEO, providing critical business reports, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of reporting tools, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: MIS Reporting & Data Management: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for the CEO, covering operational, financial, sales, project, and business performance metrics. Maintain and update business databases, trackers, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information. Data Analysis & Business Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify business trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities. Support the CEO in preparing business review presentations, financial models, and decision-support analysis. Present actionable insights through dashboards, charts, and reports using MS Excel. Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in IT services or a technology-driven company. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
