We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to drive informed decision-making. This role involves developing dashboards, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and identifying trends and insights to improve operational efficiency The MIS Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards. They will analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. A key responsibility will be automating recurring reports to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. The analyst must ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards. Additionally, they will support management with data-driven insights to aid in strategic planning and performance reviews. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing timely alerts on deviations is essential. The analyst will also be expected to document reporting processes and maintain version control for all reports. 2-3 years of experience in reporting roles, preferably in RCM Ops or pureplay MIS Strong in Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, formulas) Be able to support RCM governance reporting and have experience of creating reporting templates within RCM space - user will be taught/ trained on our specific/ exact specs Working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate operational data most MIS reporting users are trained on SQL as that is what is required to create next level of dashboards Should have ability to be trained on Power BI There is no Analytical or Business Intelligence prediction experience required.

Administrative Tasks: Handle expense claims, reimbursements, and related administrative paperwork for the Chief Executive. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive from time to time.
