Key Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance & Safety: Ensure operations adhere to Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 and directives from DGMS. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure implementation of preventive measures. Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal norms. Mine Planning & Production: Oversee short-term and long-term mine planning in coordination with geologists and surveyors. Meet production and quality targets in line with business goals. Monitor performance of HEMM and ensure optimum equipment utilization. Manpower Management: Supervise and lead a team of engineers, foremen, operators, and contractors. Organize training and safety drills for mine personnel. Liaison & Reporting: Coordinate with government bodies like DGMS, IBM, SPCB, and local administration. Prepare and submit statutory returns, reports, and documents as required. Environmental & Sustainability: Implement environmental management plans (EMP), ensure dust suppression, water management, and reclamation of mined-out areas. Emergency Management: Prepare and maintain emergency response plans for mine safety and disaster control. Qualifications: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering from a recognized university/institution. Certification: First Class Managers Certificate of Competency (Coal) – Unrestricted , issued by DGMS (India). Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in coal mining, with at least 3–5 years in a Mines Manager role. Age Limit: As per company and regulatory guidelines. Key Skills: Deep knowledge of mining operations, HEMM, and safety protocols. Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure. Excellent understanding of statutory obligations and liaisoning skills. Strong planning, documentation, and team management skills. Familiarity with mine planning software and SAP (preferred).

Responsible for developing ash sales in Ready mix companies, Builders, Infrastructure projects, AAC blocks & bricks etc. segment with targeted quantity of at least 10,000 Metric ton per month to start with. 2. To ensure daily order and dispatch of targeted vehicles and timely unloading at customer end. 3. Timely collection of outstanding payment and ledger reconciliation on quarterly basis 4. Coordination with back office and vendors for timely dispatches of order and release of payment. To ensure timely billing to customers and submission of invoices of vendors. 5.
