Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM etc.). Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and junior engineers on platform capabilities and architectural decisions. Troubleshoot complex platform issues and recommend long-term solutions. Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and internal support teams to ensure continuity, supportability, and platform resiliency. Knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.) Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules. Qualifications: Proven experience in architecting and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
