Must-Have Soft-Skills Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to communicate and articulate ideas, solutions, and discussions Ability to present design with the larger team which includes client stakeholders Good writing skills for clear communication with stakeholders Flexibility and ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across geographies and time zones. Nice to Have Skills/Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with Kotlin and Micronaut Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture Excellent leadership and communication skills Demonstrated ability to make technical decisions and guide teams toward successful project delivery Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
