Hiring Branch Manager-MFI(Micro/Group loans)

Location: Across Karnataka and Bangalore

Criteria: Min 3 to 4 years experience in handling micro loans, group loans

Must be a full time graduate

any NBFC or banking experience will do

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of branch managers across Karnataka to achieve business targets.
  
• Oversee daily operations of branches, ensuring efficient management of assets and group sales.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for microfinance products such as MFI (Microfinance Institution) and group insurance schemes.
  
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in branch handling or branch management roles.
  
• Strong understanding of microfinance principles, including MFI operations and group sales strategies.
  
• Proven track record in developing successful teams and driving business growth through effective leadership.
