Job Description

Position Overview:

The Business Head will be responsible for developing new MICE business opportunities and expand customer base. He should also be able to maximize up selling opportunities and forge / develop close business relationships with key decision makers in target organizations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in new client acquisition & exceeding targets.

Key Accountabilities:

Role:-

· Responsible to generate MICE Business

· Handling of International and Domestic Corporate Travel Sales & Operations

· Identifying the corporates and generating new inquiries

· To develop and maintain relationships with all corporate & leisure customers

· Responsible for aggressive selling of Corporate MICE

· Drive sales through Key accounts and contract with new corporates for business.

· Handling corporate quarry and selling new exotic destinations

· Regular following up with the Clients to create long-term engagements for Domestics Internationals businesses.

· Market Analyses and update on competitors’ products & service quality

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives & Monitor competitor activities

· Set & achieve sales targets & ensure that the Sales targets are achieved

· Ensuring staff productivity.

· Working with Compact team of dedicated professionals to achieve the sales target

· Accountable for overall customer satisfaction.

· Good product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling of Corporate MICE

· Coordination with Suppliers and Destination Management Companies

· To Maintain Good Relationship with domestic & international suppliers.

· Supervising the operations of the tour & ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

· Coordination with corporates and customers for all pre departure formalities

· To look into clients complaints on tours

· Maintain liaison with airlines/consulates/tourism bodies

Key Skills:

· The ideal candidate will have a guest and service oriented attitude, backed up by a proactive approach and a strong drive for results.

· Have a proven record of accomplishment in exceeding targets with the ability to identify, implement and execute sales strategies.

· Highly sophisticated communication skills with proficiency in written as well as oral communications.

· Good product knowledge on Destinations and MICE group operations. Strong MICE Corporate experience and market relations.

· Experience in interacting at an executive level, coupled with strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills.

· Should have an ability and experience of successfully delivering in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Effective networking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
