Role & responsibilities To make plan & take optimum utilization of Man, Machine, Material & Method for achievement our customer requirement production plan. Work distribution in various workstations and providing guidance and continuous on job technical training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through skill building. Ensure the production Plan vs Actual in Base Coat, Metalizing, Top Coat, Paint shop and Hard Coat . Preparation & completion of daily production Reports & Technical check sheets. To improve work efficiency through 5S, Kaizen, Manpower training, To make plan for Pre-Treatment Process in surface treatment department on weekly and monthly base. Robot teaching and programming as per requirements. Weekly base doing PM activities in paint booth, Hard Coat and metalizing chamber. To do plan Actual/Achieve production targets and Daily Calculate the OEE and analyze the Downtime. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/B. Tech. with 4-7 Years of experience in Surface Treatment (Robotic/Manual Painting, Basecoat ,Hard coat , Top coat), Plastic Parts Metallizing Process
