Messaging Services Advisor - MS Teams

NTT DATA is looking for a Messaging Services Advisor - MS Teams to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for managing Microsoft Teams, SFB, MS calling plan, Direct routing, Operator connect, team and channels in Microsoft Teams, and troubleshooting MS Teams client issues for end users support. You will also be involved in performing change management activities, maintaining intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony, and ensuring secure infrastructures. Additionally, the role requires evaluating, engineering, testing, recommending, and implementing secure infrastructures, acting as a resource for system escalation issues, documenting platform standards and processes, gathering business requirements for system design, and coordinating installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network. You will be responsible for root cause analysis on failed components, providing ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers, following company-specific systems engineering standards, and RCA for high severity issues. Moreover, on-call support during weekends, providing technical documentation and training to L1 team members, and contributing to CRQ Deployments are also part of the responsibilities.
