Roles & Responsibilities

For the positions of:

1. Personal Banker – Classic (PB Classic)

  • Manage the portfolio of Classic Banking customers, ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell banking products including CASA, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and credit cards.
  • Address daily banking requirements and provide end-to-end service support.
  • Conduct regular client interactions to enhance customer loyalty and build wallet share.
  • Ensure compliance with internal banking guidelines and regulatory norms.
  • Achieve monthly targets for product penetration and customer retention.

2. Personal Banker – NRI (PB NRI)

  • Manage relationships with NRI clients and provide specialized banking services such as NRE/NRO/FCNR accounts, global remittance, and foreign currency services.
  • Maintain compliance with FEMA, RBI, and bank-specific regulations for international banking.
  • Cross-sell wealth products, insurance, mutual funds, and deposits to maximize revenue.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for NRI clients and ensure service excellence.
  • Regularly engage with clients via digital and in-person touchpoints to build long-term relationships.
  • Deliver on NRI business targets including portfolio growth and customer acquisition.

3. Preferred Relationship Manager (Preferred RM)

  • Manage a portfolio of HNI and Preferred customers by offering personalized financial and investment solutions.
  • Perform detailed financial needs analysis and provide advisory services including mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and deposits.
  • Ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Grow portfolio size through client acquisition and deepening of existing relationships.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and remain updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve set targets for income, product penetration, and asset growth.

4. Branch Sales Manager

  • Lead and drive branch-level sales targets across CASA, loans, insurance, and investment products.
  • Supervise and guide the branch sales team for daily execution, productivity, and goal achievement.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies, local marketing initiatives, and cross-sell campaigns.
  • Track team performance using defined metrics and ensure continuous training and development.
  • Work in collaboration with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence across all business activities conducted by the branch.
