Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting Products:MRs present and explain the features and benefits of their company's products to healthcare professionals.
• Building Relationships:They develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
• Achieving Sales Targets:MRs are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by their company.
• Gathering Feedback:They collect feedback from healthcare professionals about the products and relay this information back to the company.
• Staying Updated:MRs need to stay informed about new medical developments, competitor products, and industry trends.
• Maintaining Records:They keep detailed records of their interactions with healthcare professionals and manage product samples.
• Compliance:MRs ensure they adhere to ethical practices and industry regulations.
• Training and Education:They may conduct product training for healthcare professionals and participate in medical seminars.

Skills Required:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:MRs need to be excellent communicators to effectively present products and build relationships.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills:They should be able to persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe or use their company's products.
• Product Knowledge:MRs must have a thorough understanding of their company's products and the medical field in general.
• Organization and Time Management:They need to manage their time effectively, plan visits, and track sales performance.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:MRs need to be able to address customer queries and analyze sales data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
