As a Medical Representative based in Rajahmundry, your role will be pivotal in promoting and selling Alembic's pharmaceutical offerings to healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, fostering strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Day-to-day activities will involve visiting healthcare practitioners, providing detailed product information, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering top-notch service to uphold customer loyalty. To excel in this role, you should possess a blend of medical sales and customer service skills, coupled with strong communication abilities. A solid foundation in medicine and pharmacy will be beneficial, alongside excellent relationship-building capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
