Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from ad sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers, serving as a key point of contact for their advertising needs.
Identify and target potential advertisers and promote ad space.
Ideating and conceptualizing branded content ideas across print, digital, and events, in collaboration with the marketing, digital, and editorial teams
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of advertising.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as editorial, production, digital and marketing to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and client satisfaction.
Set ambitious sales targets for the team and drive them towards achieving or surpassing them, contributing to the overall revenue growth
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and industry regulations while conducting sales activities.
