MDM & Merchandising Executive

You are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MDM (Master Data Management) & Merchandising Executive to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain the accuracy of product data, inventory, and ensure the smooth flow of goods within the merchandising cycle. This position requires both technical and strategic skills, focusing on data integrity, merchandising, and supply chain efficiency. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product data across all systems, collaborating with teams to maintain product attributes, pricing, and categories, conducting regular audits to resolve data discrepancies, supporting product assortment planning and inventory management, analyzing sales data to optimize product placement and stock levels, coordinating with vendors for timely product availability, generating and maintaining reports on inventory, sales trends, and product performance, providing actionable insights to improve product and inventory strategies, ensuring smooth integration and optimization of MDM and ERP systems, and maintaining data integrity across all platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in MDM, merchandising, or supply chain management. You should be familiar with MDM tools and systems, proficient in data management tools, have a basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), possess strong attention to detail and data accuracy, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have good communication and interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and basic knowledge of Excel is required; prior experience using Excel is preferred. This full-time position is located in Sitapura, Jaipur, with a yearly compensation ranging from 3,00,000 to 3,50,000. The job level is 2, and the required experience is 1-2 years. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. This role will be onsite.,
