MCA Coordinator

As a valued member of the V-Techno Group of Institutions, your role will involve overseeing academic and administrative activities of the MCA department. Your responsibilities will include delivering and supervising technical training in areas such as Java, Python, Web Development, DBMS, OS, and Cloud Computing, aligning with current industry requirements. You will play a crucial role in preparing students for real-world IT roles through hands-on coding, live projects, and practical labs. Additionally, you will conduct placement preparation sessions covering aptitude, technical interviews, and coding assessments to ensure students are well-equipped for the industry. Collaboration with industry experts and companies will be an integral part of your role to ensure that the training provided remains relevant and impactful. You will be responsible for monitoring student progress and providing mentoring for both academic and career development, guiding them towards success in the tech industry. To excel in this position, you are required to possess strong technical expertise in core Computer Science subjects and modern technologies. Previous experience in teaching or technical training for MCA or engineering students will be advantageous. Your ability to train and guide students according to IT industry standards, coupled with excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, will be essential for success in this role.
