Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Execute marketing automation and CRM campaigns using Eloqua, Salesforce, and Adobe Suite. Optimize customer journeys to enhance personalized digital experiences. Utilize Power BI and Adobe Analytics for performance tracking and segmentation. Develop and refine email workflows, A/B testing strategies, and nurture sequences. Conduct advertising budget simulations and optimize paid media performance. Manage and integrate marketing technology solutions to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with digital marketing and data science teams to support omnichannel strategies. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing technology (preferably in healthcare or life sciences). Proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, CDPs, and data visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred experience in AI-driven marketing, predictive analytics, and basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization. Additional Details: Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance).
