What youll Do
- Plan, complete, and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to support SEO strategy.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and backlinks.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve landing page performance, site structure, and load speed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on critical metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, bounce rate, and page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to drive measurable improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in search and digital marketing.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM and SEO.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and HTML basics is a plus.
- Strong analytical approach and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
