Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure
accuracy, completeness, and consistency
of data across CRM and HubSpot
Support database research and segmentation
Perform
regular data audits
, deduplication, cleansing, and enrichment of marketing and sales databases.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Good to have basic knowledge of search engine ranking criteria of leading algorithms
Martech tools usage and management
Good knowledge and hands on experience of working with CRM (Dynamics CRM is preferred but not mandatory)
Help streamlining the process and creating SOPs for establishing standard business process across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.Com - Marketing with 0-3 years experience and an understanding of communicating brand and product vision and roadmap
Aptitude for learning new Martech tools
The ideal candidate is hard working, organized, with excellent communication and writing skills and detail oriented. Proficiency in English is a MUST.
Ability to manage competing priorities and effectively multi-task.
Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical
The candidates should possess patience, logical skill & need to be internet friendly.
