Job Title : Marketing Executive Field Operations Location : Orange Tree, 56, Agrasen Circle, Near TRS Office, Road No.12, Banjara Hills,Hyderabad-500034 Department : Marketing Employment Type : Full-time Salary : 30,000 to 50,000 per month (can be adjusted based on candidate profile) Requires Experience : 1 to 3 years Industry type : Furniture / Home Decor / Retail Key Responsibilities Daily Market Visits : Regularly visit targeted areas, including residential zones, commercial spaces, and high-footfall locations to promote the brand and gather market intelligence. Tie-ups with Builders & Developers : Identify and collaborate with real estate builders and developers to set up displays or branding at sample flats/show apartments. BTL Execution & Leaflet Distribution : Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as leaflet distribution, standees, and kiosk setups to enhance brand awareness. Lead Generation : Conduct local marketing campaigns and engagement activities to generate quality leads for the sales team. Data Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of leads, builder/developer tie-ups, daily visit reports, and activity trackers in the system. Visits to Target Groups : Conduct regular visits and pitch presentations to hotels, resorts, architects, corporate offices, and other potential business partners. Requirements Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with extensive local travel and outdoor work. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes. Good communication skills in local language and English.
