Job Description

Dollfine Hospitality & Leisure is a leading cloud kitchen and catering brand in Hyderabad, offering high-quality food experiences through multiple F&B brands including Azaad’s Army Kitchen, Rasa Catering, Cold PRSD, and more. We specialize in both retail and bulk catering for events, hostels, PGs, and corporates We are looking for a field marketing executive to drive catering sales by building partnerships with banquet halls, hostels, PGs, and corporates. The role involves on-ground lead generation, relationship building, and converting catering orders for small and large gatherings. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Visit banquet halls, hostels, PG accommodations, and event spaces across Hyderabad to generate leads Pitch catering services to event managers, hostel owners, and corporate facilities Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into orders Coordinate with internal kitchen and operations teams for event execution Promote Rasa Catering and other Dollfine F&B brands for bulk meal orders Distribute marketing materials, menus, and promotional offers in target areas Maintain a lead tracker and submit weekly performance reports Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of field sales/marketing experience (F&B, catering, events, or hospitality preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with city travel Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic knowledge of catering and food service industry is a plus
