Marketing Engineer

The role based in Delhi, IND has a preference for women candidates. As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers based on campaigns. Your duties will include providing an initial briefing on LMW products and services to customers based on their segments, managing basic technical questions, and generating prospects from campaigns. You will also be tasked with deciding handover criteria for business development/sales and following up continuously with customers based on their feedback. Additionally, you will be required to maintain marketing activities in the respective zones. Your specific responsibilities will involve running campaigns (emails & calls) to generate prospects for business development funnels, updating customers on new products and services, and creating good relationships with them. You will identify potential customers from the house list based on predefined criteria and gather critical information to target them effectively for the business development/sales team. Identifying opportunities for business development tasks and engaging with customers to meet Business Development/Sales Executives for new and existing products will be crucial aspects of the role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying new industry associations in the respective zones to develop business relationships, maintaining marketing materials like sales kits and catalogues in the zonal office, and participating in marketing activities during exhibitions, roadshows, and other customer connect programs. Updating and maintaining the key customer database, updating prospects/leads from received sources, and managing daily calling activities through a given format are also part of the role. Lastly, you will be expected to deliver information and ideas to the head office marketing team to host customer connect programs effectively.,
