Marketing Responsibilities: Developing and executing marketing campaigns: This could involve creating promotional materials, managing social media presence, and organizing events to reach potential clients or debtors.  Brand building: Helping to establish and maintain a positive image for the organization, especially in the context of debt collection, which can be a sensitive area.  Market research and analysis: Understanding the target audience (both those owing money and those seeking debt collection services) and identifying trends in the market.  Measuring campaign effectiveness: Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and making adjustments as needed.  Collection Responsibilities: Contacting debtors: Reaching out to individuals or businesses with outstanding debts through various channels (phone). Resolving discrepancies: Investigating and addressing any disputes or issues related to the debt. Maintaining accurate records: Keeping detailed records of all collection efforts and payment information. Adhering to legal and company policies: Ensuring all collection activities are conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.
