Marketing & Creative Manager

You are Kapra Group, a reputable organization comprising Kapra Daily Supermarket, Kapra Gold & Diamonds, and Sellerzkart. Currently, you are seeking a dedicated and skilled Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to spearhead online campaigns and creative branding initiatives across all divisions of Kapra Group. As the Digital Marketing & Creative Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing various aspects of digital marketing such as running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and customer engagement. You will also be tasked with overseeing the social media presence, eStore, and Sellerzkart, as well as analyzing performance reports to optimize advertising expenditure. In terms of creative management, you will play a pivotal role in leading visual branding efforts including ads, hoardings, and social media posts. Additionally, you will coordinate product shoots, campaign creatives, and print media, ensuring consistency in branding by collaborating with designers. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva will be essential for executing creative tasks effectively. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Retail or FMCG sector. A keen eye for design and a strong understanding of digital strategy are crucial. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage. A degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related fields is preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 INR per month and is based at Vennala Vytilla, Kochi, with the requirement to work from the office. Immediate joining is expected, and performance bonuses may be applicable.
