Marketing Campaign Specialist

POSITION TITLE:

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Pardot (emails, landing pages, forms, workflows).
  
• Manage lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and engagement programs.
  
• Ensure seamless integration and data sync between Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
  
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead handoffs and campaign alignment.
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate reports on lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  
• Maintain and enhance the marketing database for segmentation and targeting.
  
• Ensure marketing automation best practices are followed and data is GDPR/compliance ready.
  
• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot.
  
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and understanding of lead lifecycle.
  
• Strong understanding of email marketing, automation workflows, and segmentation.
  
• Experience in B2B marketing environments.
  
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
  
• Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of email marketing, lead scoring, and campaign automation
  
• Experience integrating Pardot with Salesforce CRM
  
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails and landing pages
  
• Ability to build and optimize segmentation, lists, automation rules, completion actions
  
• Experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

This position will be based in Mumbai/Bangalore offices.
