We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. Our organization values innovation, customer relationships, and results-driven performance.

Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through a balanced approach of field-based client engagement and on-site marketing and sales activities. Approximately 50% of the role involves meeting potential clients externally to build and nurture relationships, while the other 50% focuses on on-site tasks such as strategy development, campaign execution, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Field-Based Responsibilities (50%)

  • Identify and engage potential clients through in-person meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Present and pitch company products/services to prospective clients in external settings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

On-Site Responsibilities (50%)

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups via phone, email, or CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers Welcome!
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively on-site.

Work Environment

  • Split role: Approximately 50% fieldwork (client meetings, networking, travel) and 50% on-site work (office-based tasks, strategy planning).
  • Standard working hours with occasional evening/weekend events for networking or client engagements.
