Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with sales team members & other stakeholders to ensure efficient program execution
Coach dealer team and internal team on program and on-boarding of new stakeholders
Co-create region month plan, coverage, market activations & network action plans with field team
Enabling reviews at different levels by providing the required data inputs
Drive market share at region level along with sales in specific category of villages
Drive special initiatives along with central team and respective owners.

Preferred candidate profile

B. Tech candidate having minimum experience of 9 years in Market Development / Sales in Tractor Industry.
