Responsibility Strategic Communications Development Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans Identify target audience segments and tailor communication strategies Brand Management Safeguard and enhance the Aludecor brand identit. Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing collateral Content Creation and Management Creating content pillars/buckets and content creation across various platforms (Blogs, Vlogs, Video Scripts, SM Posts, Website Content, Collats, Shade Cards, Brochures etc.) Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media and PPC Online Reputation Management and Comment management across SM Public Relations Cultivate relationships with media outlets and industry influencers. Develop press releases and manage media inquiries. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
