Job Title: Manufacturing & IT Recruiter Location: Chennai, Avadi, Industry: HR Consulting FIRM Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing & IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients in the manufacturing and IT sectors. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in positions that align with our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals social media platforms and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles. Candidate Management: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide informed recommendations to clients. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to clients Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or IT sectors, should be from HR Consulting Firm Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is desirable.
