As a Reservation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage reservation requests received via phone, email, or online platforms. You will be required to accurately input and confirm booking information into the system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly. Keeping track of all reservations, including cancellations and modifications, will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition to managing reservations, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving booking discrepancies, and offering assistance with any issues that may arise. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to oversee the reservation system to guarantee it is up-to-date and accurate at all times. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund.
