Indiana is a customer-centric group and has experience of working with leading owners, consultants, and contractors worldwide . We have an opportunity for Manager Plant - HR & IR at our Jejuri Plant. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire life cycle of employees including but not limited to talent acquisition and talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, attendance management, attrition and exit process. 2. Ensure that the manpower needs of the organization are met in time by using diverse sources of recruitment and having the job description and KRAs for each position clearly defined. 3. Maintain harmonial industrial relations with union and play an active role in negotiation process. 4. Formulate and implement a robust performance management system that establishes a clear linkage between performance and rewards and that the performance appraisal process across the level at Plant is completed in time. 5. Identify training needs of employees at plant through mapping of skills required for each position and organize internal/external and on job training programs for improving productivity, building capability and quality enhancement. 6. Ensure compliance of all necessary statutes and regulations through liaisoning with various government authorities, labor consultants and advocates for IR and court related matters. Required Skills and Experience: Year of experience 15 + years Qualification MBA(HR)/MSW/MPM Good experience of HR functions Sound knowledge of employment and labour laws Must have competencies: Professional Attributes: 1. Union management and negotiation skills. 2) Extensive knowledge of employment and labor laws with exposure in IR 3) Liasioning skill Personal Characteristics: 1) Leadership skill 2) People management skill 3) Networking skill. 4) Excellent oral and written communication Skill. 5) Negotiation skills Knowledge of Marathi language is a MUST.
