Solid understanding of the MERN stack and its core components. Strong knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB, including experience with data modelling. Good command of HTML and CSS. Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React and Vue.js. Required Skills: Total 8+ years of experience, at least 5+ years should be in professional software development. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading or managing technical teams. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Microservices architecture. Strong working knowledge of Node.js or React.js (both preferred). Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently create architecture diagrams, lead client meetings, and provide technical direction to the team. Proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with GenAI models & integrations , including API orchestration, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices. Responsibilities: Participate in the full software development lifecycle - from concept to design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements. Design and build efficient, scalable, and reusable components using the MERN stack. Develop robust APIs with Node.js and Express.js that integrate smoothly with front-end systems. Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js, ensuring performance and optimal user experience. Explore and incorporate Generative AI capabilities into SDLC including code review, content generation, code generation, or intelligent search functionalities.
