We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our RP Market vertical. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automobile components, lubricants, or battery sector and a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and executing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to expand our market presence and channel network in the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales and marketing teams to achieve set sales targets. Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective channel management and promotional activities. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including product launches, dealer incentives, and promotional campaigns. Expand and strengthen the distribution network by onboarding new dealers, retailers, and mechanics. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and marketing activities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review. Required Skills and Qualifications: MBA or equivalent qualification, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Sales. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing and sales within the automobile components, lubricants, or battery industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams towards achieving business objectives. Strong understanding of channel marketing, brand development, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
