Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide indirect tax advisory to TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) companies.
Assist clients with tax strategy, compliance, and risk management, ensuring alignment with global regulations.
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies and deal structuring with indirect tax expertise.

Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in indirect tax.
CA or Lawyer with strong expertise in indirect tax.
Experience in advising TMT clients or similar sectors on tax-related matters.
