Job Description

In this role, you will lead and guide moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources to ensure successful project delivery. You will apply your skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work, making decisions to resolve complex problems and developing new options in non-standard situations. Working independently on assignments, you will seek guidance on unusual or complex problems, utilizing your judgment and experience to become a valuable resource for others and guide operational teams. Additionally, you will facilitate agreements and collaboration between teams to ensure project success, acting as a thought leader on emerging digital technologies and contributing to the vision, strategy, design, and roadmap of digital products. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience, or an MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience, or a PhD/JD with any years of experience, or an associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Tableau reporting and Power BI is required, along with demonstrated experience in various Information Technology practices. Experience with System Application and Products eDoc framework, familiarity with product analytics, and a strong ability to conduct analysis related to customer journey, user activity, product/feature performance, and other digital analytics are also essential. An understanding of financial concepts, key success factors for business performance, and knowledge of management reporting requirements and functional design are crucial. Excellent communication skills are a must. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, management consulting experience, experience with Agile Software Delivery and/or Scrum Master Certification, the ability to mentor and guide colleagues, strong collaboration and team facilitation skills, and the ability to analyze support trends and lead process improvements. Your work location assignment will be hybrid, offering a flexible work environment.
