Total experience required: 8-12 years Location: Vadodara and Mumbai Technical Skills Requirement: Industrial B2B Marketing of Specialty Chemicals Key Performance Indicators: Closely interact with key customers and sales team to ensure sales budgets are achieved. Establish, track and close new business development targets consistent with short- and long-term objectives. Prepare monthly/weekly customer visit plans to efficiently engage with customers on a regular basis. Keep track of samples and get feedback from customers with regular follow up/visits Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers. Timely updating of CRM with proper visit reports, enlisting new leads and opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives for the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Provide solutions to customers ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their needs. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales growth, and market penetration. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and applications. Conduct product demonstrations / Lab & Plant Trials for customers where needed. Stay informed about industry trends and new product developments. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products. Required Skills: Have an established track record in achieving results and targets. Understanding of competitor's strategy/moves pertaining to handled business. Must be creative, growth oriented & a smart thinker High level of customer orientation good commutation and presentation skills, ability to capture and convert an insight into a marketing idea Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills Pleasant, team player, should exhibit high energy- enthusiasm positive attitude
