What You'll Do

UPS Sales Managar Posiotion with Eaton. We're seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic team and help drive our success in the UPS industry. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated and ambitious UPS Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to create and nurture new customer relationships, business achievemnt & strong techno-commercial knowledge, and proven success in new customer order closure.

• Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory & acheieved sales Target
• Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales & frequent travelling to Delhi & other part of North India.
• Get approvals from End Users, Corporates, Consultants and utilities.
• Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications.
• Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Plant to ensure timely delivery of products to our esteeemed customers
• Ensure the 100% payment is collected within due negotiated period
• Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments & market trends
• Generating new leads and managing existing client relationships
• Presenting UPS products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both clients and the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics

Skills

• Minimum of 5 - 10 years field sales experience
• Requires product application knowledge UPS System & working knowledge of the electrical industry
• Strong Customer connect, market intelligence, effective communication skills, Negotiation skills & self drive to excel
